- Applies to project kits, documentation, software, or related services.
- Order is confirmed only upon acceptance by MyProjectBuddy.
- We may reject any order without reason.
- These terms override any client-submitted terms unless signed by us.
2. Scope of Services
We offer academic project kits and services for:
- School-level
- Diploma / Polytechnic
- Engineering / Bachelors
- M.Tech / Master’s research
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are subject to change.
- Taxes, shipping, and duties may apply.
- UPI, bank transfer, and other modes accepted.
- Orders may be canceled for pricing/availability errors.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Email confirmation is sent on order placement.
- Advance of 10–30% may be required.
- Order may be canceled if verification fails.
5. Delivery Terms & Risk
- Risk transfers to customer on delivery.
- We are not liable for courier delays/damage.
- Ownership remains with us until full payment.
6. Documentation & Reports
- Includes abstract, PPT, and report in editable formats.
- Customization beyond templates is not guaranteed.
7. Software Project Terms
Includes source code, default docs, and software requirements.
Add-On Services:
- Installation Session: One-time setup with screen share.
- Developer Explanation: Online detailed walkthrough.
⚠ No refunds once sessions begin or project is running.
8. Hardware Projects Support
- Support available 11AM – 7PM IST (Mon–Sat).
- Prior appointment required.
- Includes circuits, PCBs, and assembly guide.
Support Validity: Software – 2 months | Hardware – 3 months
9. Video Tutorials
- Provided for explanation purposes only.
- No custom videos on request.
10. Intellectual Property & Usage
- All content is property of MyProjectBuddy.
- Prohibited: resell, republish, or reverse-engineer.
- Violations will face legal consequences.
11. Limitation of Liability
- No liability for improper use or third-party damage.
- No responsibility for marks, delay, or submission failures.
12. Fraud & Abuse
- Misuse leads to ban, order cancellation, and legal action.
13. Governing Law
Indian law applies. Disputes handled in Mumbai courts.
14. Final Agreement
These terms override all other verbal/written communication unless signed by us.
